Bellota Classic 14" Rasp

I am disappointed by how this whole thing went down. I ordered a HOOF KNIFE from the website. I added the rasp since I was already ordering something. They removed the hoof knife from my order. No call, no email, just ‘nope, we aren’t selling you that’. When I received the rasp, I called and asked what the problem was. The representative said that the knife wasn’t in stock so they canceled that part of the order. I asked when the knife would be back in stock and they seemed irritated that I would even ask. Good customer service costs nothing. Very disappointed with the whole process. I’ll be sourcing my farrier tools elsewhere in the future.
