At Kahn Forge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be requested and approved before any item is sent back.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us promptly at order@kahnforge.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or special-order products
Personalized items
Used items
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Sale items
Gift cards
For safety and product integrity reasons, used horseshoes, opened nail products, and used farrier tools are generally not eligible for return.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to request a return for the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at order@kahnforge.com.
